Experience

Mr. McGinley has over 35 years of experience in Southern California in the preparation of construction drawings, specifications and cost estimates, and in the administration of bidding and construction.  Since 1985 he has focused his work primarily on the preparation of cost estimates and specifications, either preparing or reviewing these documents for most of the firm's projects.  His specifying and estimating experience includes all project types, ranging from civic and institutional to commercial and industrial, and includes public and private projects of all construction types.
