Scott Boydstun

Mr. Boydstun is a Senior Principal in charge of design. In that capacity he is responsible for the preparation of design documents and works with the project team throughout the project to ensure realization of the design intent in the built project. His project responsibilities typically include meeting with client representatives and user groups, coordination with outside consultants and collaborators and direction of in–house CAD and other technical specialists in the preliminary design phases.

Jay Lomagno

Mr. Lomagno is a Senior Principal with the firm specializing in institutional, office, commercial, and industrial projects. His responsibilities include project management, the preparation of design development and construction documents, coordination of all engineering consultants, contact with the client's technical representatives, management of the plan checking and permitting process, and administration of the bidding and construction phases. He is familiar with local permitting processes throughout Ventura County.

Joe Panushka

Mr. Panushka is a Principal with the firm specializing in health care projects and code analysis. His responsibilities include verification of existing field conditions, preparation of all construction documents, coordination of the consultant team, direction of the permitting and bidding processes, and construction administration services. He is very familiar with local and State of California permitting processes for health care facilities, having successfully permitted numerous projects, and has established relationships with OSHPD/HCAI staff both in Sacramento and at the local level.
